My name is Sheybie, I'm a professional makeup artist, educator and founder of Flawless Created By Sheybie.
After several years working as a registered nurse, I decided to follow a completely different path: the beauty industry. In 2021, I founded Flawless Created By Sheybie with one clear mission—to help women build confidence through makeup and skincare.
Today, I live in Costa Rica, a place that has completely transformed the way I see life, success, and even beauty. This experience has taught me that true confidence doesn’t come from being perfect—it comes from having the courage to be yourself.
That philosophy is at the heart of everything I create.
I believe makeup is not a mask. It’s a form of self-expression, a way to celebrate your individuality, and an opportunity to discover a version of yourself you may have never dared to reveal.
That’s why I love encouraging women to step outside their comfort zones. A color they never thought they could wear. A technique they believed was only for professionals. A look that reminds them they are capable of far more than they ever imagined.
Every Flawless product is carefully developed using high-quality ingredients and professional-grade formulas that I personally use and trust. My goal has never been to create a brand with dozens of products, but rather to offer a carefully curated collection of essentials that truly perform and that I can confidently recommend.
But Flawless is much more than an online store.
It’s a place for education, mentorship, expert guidance, and a community of women who are learning new techniques, building confidence, and most importantly, enjoying the process of doing their makeup.
My faith also plays an important role in my life. It inspires me to build a business rooted in integrity, respect, and a genuine desire to serve others.
